Corporate holiday parties are the perfect opportunity for companies to recognize achievements, celebrate their teams, and reflect on another successful year. On December 6, 2025, Richmark Properties brought together 320 guests for their Annual Awards Celebration at The Grand View Event Venue in Mansfield, Texas, transforming the ballroom into a festive evening of appreciation, celebration, and holiday cheer.

Richmark booked their celebration in July 2025, giving their team plenty of time to plan an unforgettable night for their employees, partners, and sponsors. The event highlighted the incredible teams behind Richmark’s success while creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for everyone in attendance.

After the celebration, Elizabeth, the Richmark team member who coordinated the event, shared:

“We had such a great time! We would actually like to rebook with you guys again for our awards celebration come December! We will have to get our date and everything squared away eventually to book, but just to say we loved it at The Grand View!”

A Festive Holiday Atmosphere

The Grand View ballroom was transformed into an elegant holiday setting with a beautiful blue, silver, and white color palette that carried throughout the space. Guests were welcomed into a warm and festive environment complete with holiday décor, glowing lights, and stylish spaces perfect for mingling and celebrating.

The experience began the moment guests arrived. As they stepped out of their vehicles with the help of BlackTie Valet LLC, they were greeted by a striking entrance featuring blue uplighting and a blue carpet walkway leading directly into the venue. The illuminated pathway created an exciting first impression and set the tone for the evening before guests even stepped inside.

Inside the ballroom, Richmark enhanced the space by adding The Grand View’s string lights and floating candle centerpieces, creating a soft glow across the room that elevated the evening’s ambiance. The combination of elegant table settings, festive décor, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Mansfield made the room feel both sophisticated and celebratory.

OneShot Party Decorations and Lavish Event + Floral Design brought the design vision to life with balloon installations, holiday décor, and statement pieces, including illuminated RICHMARK marquee letters that created a striking focal point and a popular photo opportunity for guests throughout the night.

The highlight of the evening was the Annual Awards Ceremony, where Richmark Properties recognized the incredible individuals and teams who help drive their organization forward each year.

Food, Entertainment, & Celebration

After the awards presentations, the celebration continued with great food, entertainment, and plenty of time for guests to connect and unwind.

El Chico Catering provided a delicious dining experience for guests throughout the evening, while HD Liquid Catering kept the drinks flowing at the bar.

The dance floor came alive thanks to Everlasting Sounds, who kept the energy high and the music going throughout the night. From group dances to spontaneous celebrations after award announcements, the dance floor quickly became one of the most lively parts of the evening.

Guests also enjoyed capturing memories throughout the night at the Big Time Selfies photo booth, adding a fun and interactive experience that everyone could take home with them.

How the Space Was Used

With 320 attendees, Richmark utilized The Grand View’s ballroom to comfortably accommodate dinner seating, the awards stage, entertainment, and a spacious dance floor.

The layout was thoughtfully designed so guests could easily move throughout the evening between the awards presentation, dining, networking, and dancing. The stage was placed along the window wall, providing a clear focal point for the awards ceremony so everyone in the room had a great view during presentations.

Along that same wall, guests could also visit the raffle area and take photos with the illuminated RICHMARK marquee letters, which created a popular gathering spot throughout the evening.

Across the room on the opposite wall, guests found several interactive elements including the money grab machine, bar service, and the Big Time Selfies photo booth, creating a lively area where guests could grab a drink, snap photos, and enjoy the fun activities happening throughout the night.

Dinner service from El Chico was conveniently located near the kitchen with buffet lines set up for easy access, allowing guests to move through quickly and return to their tables without disrupting the flow of the evening.

Guests also took advantage of The Grand View’s downstairs patio, where cocktail tables and patio heaters created a comfortable outdoor space for mingling, conversations, and stepping outside to enjoy the cool December evening.
