Required Vendors

At The Grand View, we want your event to reflect you and your story. That’s why we offer an open vendor policy, giving you the flexibility to choose the team that best fits your vision.

To ensure every event remains safe, seamless, and enjoyable for all guests, there are two required vendor categories: bar and security.

For bar service, you’ll choose from a curated list of trusted vendors who are experienced with our venue. These companies offer a variety of options, including cash bars, open bars, and bartending services where you provide the alcohol.

For security, we partner exclusively with Black Rhino Security. One officer is required per 100 guests, and this service will be added to your invoice($50 per hour per officer). Our team will coordinate booking on your behalf once your event details are finalized.
